The Community Flower Project creates beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets donated to individuals in our community who may be in need of a little love and encouragement . Thanks to partnerships with Whole Foods, Fort Collins and Bird Song Flower Farm, for over two years the Community Flower Project has delivered hundreds of arrangements to elder and memory care facilities, churches, homeless shelter residents and staff, recovery centers, schools, hospitals and so many more.
